This tag is a Vintage Teddy Bear you get 9 tags on the sheet, you just use card stock or sticky back Avery Paper or what ever you want that can go through your printer.  Cut them out and punch a whole.  Use a hole punch and I use rusty pins or homespun fabric to attach to my items.  Just enjoy!  (8-1/2 X 11 INCH papers is what I use through my copier).
